We assess teams, departments and design 'facilitated' processes to help groups/teams achieve their outcomes. We also facilitate large groups by training internal employees on how to facilitate and then use their new skills to facilitate visioning, strategy development, better problem-solving and decision-making. Our key is designing and leading processes that are internally driven so as not to become 'externally' dependent.
