We have done performance audits of contracting/public procurement, passenger-rail services, mortgage management, national standards-setting bodies, national marketing boards, postal services, corporate governance in state-owned enterprises, nuclear safety organizations, among many others.

Our performance audit experts have used their skills at both the federal and provincial levels in Canada as well as in Armenia, Albania, Afghanistan, Bulgaria, Philippines, Hong Kong and in many countries of Africa and Latin America.

In addition to managing and doing performance audits, using our results and risk-focused approach, our team develops performance audit policy and methodology and provides training services at all levels. Our international work has focused on training needs assessment, course-development and delivery and on implementing INTOSAI standards. We support the increasing international aid provider focus on greater accountability and transparency by improving public financial management and by developing the capacity of Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs) in emergent markets and post-conflict countries.
